Welcome to the Texas Ski Council (TSC) Website
We are a non-profit, all volunteer organization consisting of 13 clubs throughout Texas and a club in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Our member clubs share three common interests: snow sports, travel, and social activities.
The purpose of the TSC is to unite our member clubs and create value for members for snow sports and land travel. Four annual trips are selected by the clubs at Bidfest (usually held in August). A benefit offered to clubs members is reciprocity. Clubs associated with our council are able to offer their membership more trips. Through reciprocity, a club member in good standing often can select trips not offered by their home club.
If you don't live in Texas that's not an issue. Most trips, if not all, allow the individual to make their own airline reservations. Clubs members reside throughout the United States and even some outside the U.S.
One goal of the TSC is to promote family skiing...building the next generation of snow sports enthusiasts...key to securing the future of the ski industry. Through our TSC Youth Foundation, a 501(c) 3 organization, an annual family trip is offered. To learn more, click the tab TSCYF in the Menu bar.
We invite you to peruse the TSC and Member Clubs websites to learn more about what monthly activites are offered throughout the year ranging from happy hours to pickleball, cycling, and hiking groups. Registration for trips start in June for some clubs with others in August. We welcome all active adults that embrace health and wellness through an active lifestyle and fellowship.
