BRONZE * [1] $250
For our industry partners unable to attend our 2025 BidFest that would like to show their ongoing support for the Texas Ski Council. Included with the Bronze registration are:
- Logo and advertising during BidFest and linked partnership on the TSC website.
- Pre-BidFest Advertising to Club Delegates and Guests
- Billboard Listing throughout 2024 BidFest in Registration Area
SILVER * $400
Our SILVER registration provides one person access to the 2025 BidFest which includes, Friday’s Welcome Reception, and Saturday’s luncheon and evening dinner and dance event with Delegates and Members. Included with the Silver registration are:
- Logo and advertising during Bidfest and linked partnership on the TSC website.
- Pre-Bidfest Advertising to Club Delegates and Guests
- Billboard Listing throughout 2025 BidFest in Registration Area
- Additional vendor registration for your associates, $200.
GOLD * $650
The GOLD registration includes all Silver level amenities and upgrades to include,
- Gold listing on Texas Ski Council Partner Page for 2024 2025 Ski Season (August 1, 2025 - July 31, 2026.)
- Gold Billboard Listing in Meeting Room at BidFest.
- One booth with table setup for Saturday’s travel show
- Additional vendor registration for your associates, $200.
PLATINUM* $1000 or $650 + $650 in kind contribution
The PLATINUM registration includes all the Gold level amenities and upgrades to include
- Platinum Listing on first page of Texas Ski Council Website as Texas Ski Council Partner for 2024 - 2025 Season (August 1, 2025 - July 31, 2026.)
- Space to place one 3’ x 5’ free standing banner (or substantially similar in size) in Meeting Room at BidFest. (If tour operator, you can use your banner or banner of partner Ski Resort.)
- Listing as Platinum in TSC Publications
- One booth with table setup for Saturday's travel show
- Additional vendor registration for your associates, $200.
[1] International vendors wishing to participate by Zoom will be required to be a BRONZE.
