About this event
Bidfest 2026 brings together the best of planning and play—where club leaders and members gather to select international and domestic expeditions for 2027 and ski trips for the 2028 season. You’ll also have the opportunity to connect one-on-one with tour operators and industry partners at the ski and trade show, making it easy to gather insights and inspiration for future club adventures.
But this weekend isn’t all business. It’s designed for energy, camaraderie, and a little San Antonio flair.
2026 Bidfest Agenda
Kick things off on Friday with a special river boat cruise departing directly from the host hotel, the Drury Plaza Hotel San Antonio Riverwalk. This event serves as a fundraiser supporting the Texas Ski Council Youth Foundation’s annual Thanksgiving trip—helping introduce the next generation to snow sports and outdoor adventure. Ticket cost: $75 per person includes one beverage on the cruise.
Enjoy a scenic ride along the iconic San Antonio River Walk, followed by drop-off at a local restaurant for pub-style noshing and beverages. (Be sure to check the activity panel for full details on timing, cost, and what’s included.)
Then on Saturday, shift into celebration mode with dinner, Singo (music bingo), and dancing—all wrapped in a Roaring 1920s theme. Dressing the part is encouraged, with prizes awarded for best dressed male and female.

Throughout the Bidfest we will hold a silent auction with various items, wine and beer Baskets, hotel stays, ski passes, household items, apparrel, and accessories.
